Can the color be changed by voice command with Alexa?

With Siri it does, I don’t have google Alexa, I am assuming it does as well.

How can I setup the bulbs again if I lost the QR code?

The QR code should be on the base of the bulb.

My bulbs keep saying no response, or only one will work when I try to turn them on from the app and/or HomeKit?

I've had this problem off and on for years. So far the only thing that seems to help is to separate my smart home devices on to a separate wifi network. My cable modem wifi network is for my devices and a separate router for my computers / TVs / Phones. Make sure you're linked to the cloud service in the Linkwise app and lastly cycle the light switch once and wait 30 seconds.
