Ant Proof Raised Pet Bowl for Cats and Small Dogs with Stainless Steel Dish

Great product, very well engineered and it works !Update - this product worked so well that I ordered a second one to accommodate our two cats. To my surprise, just after the second single bowl mount stand arrived, I received a package with a new feeder design from the nice people at BugSnub. There are two major differences. First, two bowls can be used. I like this because it alleviates any concern that two cats would run out of food if we're out for the day. However, even better is the second feature; it is mounted on a tripod that allows adjustable height. This is great because we can adjust the bowl height to suit our feline friends. The tripod is VERY well made. The metal is solid, the machining is excellent and it even comes with high quality foam pads to prevent scratches on the floor. Overall, a great design, great engineering and great company. A credit to American ingenuity. Kudos ! No more ants, and no more need to fill the moats on our old rusty stand with water.

The BugSnub bowl has completely removed a source of daily stress in my life during the summer months, little black ants in the cat food bowl. I tried other bowls and devised my own moat set-ups and had very limited success with everything except the BugSnub bowl. Since implementing the bowl, a little over a month ago, I have not seen a single ant in the cat food bowl. Within a day or two, I stopped seeing ants anywhere near the cat food and an overall reduction in ants in the kitchen/dining area entirely. My cat is spoiled rotten and gets expensive food which he wouldn't touch if ants were in it (don't blame him) so I used to have to throw the ant-infested food into the trash. I haven't had to throw any of his food in BugSnub away so it's saved me money too. I am so glad I took a chance and ordered this bowl!

I bought this bowl to keep roaches out of my cat food, and it does take them longer to get into his bowl, but it does not keep them out. I ended up taking the bowl off and putting it in the fridge at night amd when I leave.I also wish it had instructions for how to put it together, but after a couple tries, I figured it out.

The gel works wonders! No ants, and the bowl is kept outdoors too. The only thing I'd say needs improvement is the suction. It lost grip of the bowl after awhile. I was also hoping the bowl provided was bigger. It's pretty small. Overall, it's great! I would definitely recommend it!

We've been using the product for about a month and so far so good! It's been working as described. The doggie food has been ant free.

This was the answer we needed for our "outdoor" kitty food bowl. Our kitty does not want to be an "inside kitty", so we are forced to feed outside. And the Ants were becoming a real problem. threw out countless bowls of ant infested food. This works great. Now if we could just find a deterrent to the blue jays.

This is a solid bowl for ant prevention. My puddy cat is much happier with out ants in his food. I bought a second one for a friend I liked it so much. Gotta put the jelly on or check it every month, hot places might have a harder time keeping jelly in spot

I have had this feeder for several months and it did fine, until now. Maybe the ants this summer have special ninja powers because suddenly they are getting into the cat food. Disappointed.
