Do the amrap 505's fit the same as the 501 boot?

Yes, they're basically the same boot with exception of the outsole.

Do they have a vibram sole it says they do on a picture but says just rubber sole in description

No Vibram that I know of, or at least it doesn’t say anything on the actual boots.

Are these water proof

No. They are not waterproof. They are usually labeled as Goretex if they are considered waterproof.
