The fabric is like the normal Squishmallows fabric - very soft.

How might or can you you wash these squishmallows?

I just throw them in gentle cycles in washer and dryer with laundry soap and fabric softener.

Is there an original squishmallow tag sewn into the bottom?

Yes, it does come with a sewn tag.
