I don't remember who recommended this, but it is a great addition to my pantry. I bought for meatloaf, but ended up using it for brownies, cakes, casseroles, scalloped potatoes, and so much more. It is non-stick. It recommends that you wash it by hand, which is not a problem. I love it. It wasn't expensive (ish). I also like the fact that is fits easily in a toaster oven. Would highly recommend for the serious home cook.

Caraway products are great. The packaging is sturdy and it comes with cleaning/care instructions.

THIS PAN IS GREAT AND THE QUALITY IS GREAT. COOKS BROWNIES EVENLY BUT YOU NEED TO DOUBLE THE RECIPE OR THEY COME OUT VERY THIN BECAUSE IT IS 9 X 9. MAKES 2 BOXES IN SAME PAN AND THEY COME OUT CHEWY IN THE MIDDLE AND CRUSTY ON THE EDGES!

Cooks baked goods evenly, is non-stick, but the interior coating was easily scraped off with a plastic utensil. A little expensive. Otherwise would give 5 stars.

I love Caraway! No need to have more than one pan this size, so I got rid of the others when I got this one. I'm a fan of the green too!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I visited my daughter last year and she had Caraway. I loved using this product so much that when I got home I purchased 2 frying pans and have been adding more ever since. The quality is amazing and cleanup is so easy. I will never use another product.
