Flavor is refreshing and I like drinking it daily. Little less bloating after meals and feel more light. Not big change yet but seems working over time.

I would say taste and value is subjective but I found it to be very good. I've had it mixed with water and it's a good morning drink. Single sachets make it very convenient. It has been 10 days now so too early to talk about effectiveness. For those who feel gas built or bloating on having this on an empty stomach, it would be better to try this out with water substitute or drink+snack.

This is the only supplement I have found that covers skin hair gut and stress I feel more energetic and focused throughout the day. My skin has this healthy glow and my hair feels stronger. Plus the lemon mint flavor is so refreshing. Super easy to add to my morning.

Terrible product. It made me sick, I even threw up twice. Absolutely not worth the money. Don’t waste your time or cash buying from this place.

Seems like a nice cup of fiber. I wish it was priced reasonably. Awaiting result second month of use.
