Clumpy, starchy
Very starchy. All wanted to clump together even though oil was added to the cooking water and butter added to try to stop the clumping. Didn't work like it does with regular pasta. Flavor was good, but not particularly memorable. Won't buy again and threw out the rest.

Don’t buy it
Went straight into the trash. I was so disappointed. I had high hopes for this pasta and it was terrible! The texture was mushy and sticky , what a waste .
