Wow! what a genius invention! this little device took out many of my hip flexor knobs...It's exactly what I needed to loosen my tight muscles. It's worth every penny and more. I totally recommend this amazing product. I think the black version wouldve been better since it is much harder but so far this yellow one is doing the work. Kudos to the inventors!!

Best little wedge there is! This is a wonderful tool for any piriformis pain. Durable, easy to use, and perfect size to work trigger points and inflamed or uncomfortable body parts. I have used it consistently since purchased and amazed at how well it works. Also FSA/HSA eligible, at least when I bought it.

I'm so glad I found this device! After eight PT sessions for an overly-tight piriformis muscle that was pressing against the sciatic nerve and causing leg pain, this wedge has proved to be an invaluable addition to my stretching exercises. It feels exactly like the trigger point therapy the physical therapist did. I use it every day. I do wish it was a bit wider, but it works! I bought the black one.

Price point is my only complaint but, this thing digs deep and seems to be a great tool for my piriformis syndrome!

This lil guy is AMAZING. I have piriformis syndrome and a tennis ball has worked pretty well thus far- but not nearly as good as this. The “blade” is exactly what my piriformis needs. The pain and relief of using this is incredible. A tennis ball just can’t cut in enough. I really like tthe 3 different sides- it gives you the chance to experiment and see what feels best for your particular condition. This is my first night of pain relief and Im so glad I got this.

My sciatica condition has been improving during the last few weeks using a therapy device. Unfortunately I kept looking for something more, and ended up buying this "glute blade". Mistake!! This hurt me profoundly, thus wasting all previous gains!!

This product literally saved my life! I had a terrible bout with sciatica that was excruciating. Once I bought this, I would lay on it in bed and just put it under the painful area and just lay there until I felt that area relieve, then I’d move it up the spine to the next area and repeat until each area felt relief. This (plus my chiropractor) helped my sciatica go away within 3 weeks!! I still use it on occasion now when my back or glutes are tight! Highly recommend

It's OK. Not worth $20 though... It does pretty much the same thing as a rubber ball and it is harder to use in the sense that you really need to put it in the exact spot, unlike the ball where you just pretty much roll over it looking for the sweet spot. Not worth it in my opinion.

Just so nobody gets deceived like I did, this thing is extremely small… maybe 4 inches by 2. I don’t know how you could possibly stand it on its side and use it that way. What it looks like exactly is very small truck chalk. It could be useful, but is so small, not so much.
