Hoe does the pressure this gets compare to the standard pressure cookers? I tried InstaPot, and its pressure too low.

At 9 psi (so-called "High") and 5 psi (truly "Low"), this Presto will disappoint you much more than the the 6- and 8-quart Instant Pots. The IPs' High ranges between upper-11 psi & low-12 psi. The newest Instant Pot "Max" can reach the 15 psi that is standard for *stovetop* pressure cookers. Good luck! (Btw, I have no connection with Instant Pot, other than being a new owner of a 6-qt Duo Plus; I've also owned four stovetops over the years, all of them got up to 15 psi.)

Can I make yogurt in this machine as people have in the instapot?
