It fits in the palm of your hand to help guide the screw into a very small opening and due to it's overall size, makes very light torque easier to gauge. It is not a ratchet, which is a plus, as I often times forget to reverse the ratchet for what I am doing. I ordered 2 of these because they were so cheap. One for my hobby (RC) toolbox and one for my travel tool role. I see future small x-mass gifts for other tool-oriented folks in my future. A+ simple, versatile, and cheap.
