There seems to be a problem with this model of monitor
Firstly, the build quality is good, the picture is superb when it isn't glitching that is.Yes, look online with a search of the model number and 'glitching' and you'll find many such reports of the picture glitching, lines appearing, going black for a second, swapping modes etc. Seems to be worse when it has been left on for a while, which suggests to me that there is a component that has inadequate heat-sinking.Not all of these monitors do this it appears as not all reviews mention it, so perhaps more of a lottery in whether you get a glitchy one or not, but if you do, no amount of swapping from HDMI to DP, swapping leads, changing settings, updating drivers and firmware will fix it.MSI forums offer few solutions over those outlined above.
