Perfect size for a smaller area. The finish is pretty, I receive
Perfect size for a smaller area. The finish is pretty, It receive lots of compliments. The assembly was very easy. The desk is sturdy and the drawer is a good size. There are no built in dividers. It is some what awkward to open the drawer since they is no handle, but it's not that big of deal. I love the look of the desk and the convenience of the open area next to thecdrawer it helps keep the clutter tucked away. I'm pleased with this purchase.

Effortless Setup, Stylish Look – Just Watch Out For Those Screws!
I recently purchased this desk and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to put together, all by myself in under 30 minutes! The instructions were clear and the parts were well-organized, making assembly a breeze overall. The only hiccup I encountered was with the screws for the legs; they were extremely hard to tighten by hand. I ended up using a drill to get them in properly, which is a heads up for anyone who isn’t quite as strong as the Hulk. That aside, I absolutely love the color, it brightens up my small workspace, and the size of the drawer space and storage shelf is just perfect for keeping everything neat and accessible. Overall, this desk is not only very attractive but also functional, making it a great addition to any compact office setup. Highly recommended!

Pretty good overall
This is a really cute desk and it was easy for one person to put together. As suggested in other reviews, don’t over tighten. The reason I did not give it five stars is that one of the legs is about .5 inch too short, so I will have to put a riser under that leg. If you are looking for top quality craftsmanship, spend more money for a real wood desk, but if you are a student, or on a budget, this gets the job done nicely.

Great desk for people on a budget!
The desk looks nice and holds up well and sturdy. To all the old people in the reviews complaining about misaligned pieces or pieces that broke during installation, that’s simply user error. This isn’t a “real” wood desk, it’s particle board like furniture you’d find at ikea. The only real wood things being the legs. Because of this it is prone to breaking if you are too rough or careless with it during installation. Take caution when using power tools/ratchets and take your time during installation. Don’t install anything too tight or you can break the particle board and make it unstable. It took me an hour and a half to install the right way. If you want a real wood desk you can expect to pay way more than a couple hundred dollars. This isn’t the 1950’s anymore, people! Brand new wood furniture costs a lot of money!! This is a nice and stylish desk for people on a budget that can’t afford the real mid century furniture that costs many hundreds to thousands of dollars. I highly recommend, do not let the bad reviews of people who broke their desk sway you from buying, they didn’t know what they were doing. Follow the instructions carefully, be patient, be gentle, and you have your self a nice desk. Overall I am happy with this purchase, it’s worth it.

Assembly not bad/love it!
I was a bit intimidated by the assembly based off of customer reviews, so I let it sit in the box for a few days waiting to tackle it. I don’t own power tools or have the skills needed to do major projects, but this wasn’t bad at all. Either I got a good batch, the problem with the holes not aligning is resolved, or the installation video did the trick. Not sure. I will say that it’s important to watch the video. It slightly conflicts with the paper instructions, so follow the video. Only tighten the legs halfway when you first put them on and make sure those gray plastic circular things with the x’s on them are facing in the right direction. Do this and you’ll be fine. The piece under the desk that everyone complains limits leg room is annoying. But likely only will pose a problem for taller people. It’s a beautiful desk for sure. **Update** After using it with a newly purchased chair I can report that my legs definitely hit the weird piece of wood that juts out underneath the desk. I placed the desk on mini risers and removed the chair footing. It has helped a bit. It’s not enough to make me regret purchasing it, but it’s definitely an annoyance.

Disappointingly Unstable Desk: Looks Nice but Lacks Durability
I purchased this desk from Amazon back in July, enticed by its sleek design and seemingly sturdy construction. However, after several months of use, I'm disheartened to report that my experience with this desk has been less than satisfactory. First and foremost, the most glaring issue I encountered with this desk is its lack of durability. Within a short period of time, two of the desk legs have completely detached, leaving me in a precarious situation. Despite my attempts to salvage it with wood glue and a drill, the structural integrity of the desk remains compromised. Currently, it's being propped up by stacks of books, which is far from an ideal solution. While the desk's aesthetic appeal initially drew me in, it's clear that looks can be deceiving. The overall design is indeed pleasing to the eye, but it's disappointing that the manufacturer didn't prioritize durability and sturdiness during production. It's evident that corners were cut in terms of materials and construction, resulting in a product that falls short in terms of longevity. On a more positive note, when the desk was intact, it served its purpose adequately. It provided sufficient workspace for my needs and fit well within my home office setup. However, the constant fear of it collapsing under even minimal weight now looms over every task I undertake at the desk. In conclusion, while this desk may appear attractive on the surface, its lack of durability ultimately renders it unfit for long-term use. If you're in the market for a desk, I would advise looking elsewhere for a higher quality option that will withstand the rigors of daily use.

Great and affordable mid century modern desk!!
This is the perfect mid century modern desk! I love it. It's not the most sturdiest given the price and MDF/particle wood, but it works as intended. For the price, it's amazing and it looks great!

Nice desk but difficult to build
It looks nice, the desk top is all manufactured wood, not solid, but it still looks pretty good. My only issue with the desk was that it was very difficult to assemble, the screws had a very hard time going in easily to the threaded holes and would get stuck easily if they were not perfectly aligned. Luckily I had an electric screwdriver or else I would have got stuck with screws stuck in the holes or not fully screwed in.
