Excellent service for installation

1) Just 2 months after filter replacement, the filter body and water pipe cracked/broke on their own even when the RO was switched OFF. At this price , the cheap plastic/material quality is shocking. 2) Filters need replacement after 1 year irrespective of actual usage, which feels unreasonable for very low-usage households. 3) Extremely unprofessional service experience. During filter replacement, the technician didn’t even clean the water tank until we repeatedly asked. Even after service, the RO wasn’t working properly and no proper flow of water was there. no revisit/support was provided even after asking the technician and feedback call person also. 4) Feedback calls after service are just formalities. No real action or accountability was ever taken. 5) The worst part — after returning home from a 3-day trip (RO was switched OFF the entire time), we found the entire house flooded because the RO body/pipe had cracked. Kitchen cabinets, walls, wooden flooring, carpet, furniture — everything got damaged. Bhumi Enterprises, Khora Colony, Noida (official HUL Pureit service provider) refused to take responsibility and instead asked us to pay for repairs. Even denied that the service was provided by them at first saying nothing is on records. Its unimaginable to see what low standard plastic quality they use which cracks!!!!

1-Looks not good.. looks like dibba..outer casing is of low quality and saggy.. 2-water quality is good.. 3-lot of sensors use which will make problem after few years.. sensors will make water supply off after filters chock..no matter u have money or not but u will have to change inside elements.. 4-due to above in my opinion it's not value for money

Good one smaller in size

I am writing this review after using this purifier for about 16 months. I bought it in Sep 2024 for Rs.13,500/-. After around 16 months it shows the red light indicator. Upon calling on company's number for servicing they informed that a kit containing all the internal filters needs a replacement which will cost around 4,500/-. This kit needs to be replaced after every 6,000 liters of water processing. This is quite high (6,000/4,500 = 1.333 per liter) as compared to other local and branded products in the segment. If you buy this product then be ready to pay approximately 33-35% (4,500/13,500x100=33.33%) of the cost every year depending on your usage and your initial purchase price. Not recommended at all in my opinion.
