I never write product reviews but I took time to write this one and this is my first, only with the intention that others will be safe and make sound decision before buying this product. Quality of the product is awful, this was after one week of purchase. The leg broke off when I was sitting on it. If a chair breaks when we sit on it I can’t understand the purpose of the chair. Nilkamal was one of the reputed brands which is why we ordered it. I am thankful I didn’t get hurt badly when I was sitting on the chair and it broke. I’m not even sure if there is a quality testing for the products before they are available for sale. I would not suggest this product to anyone.

Very flimsy. The hair toppled over when I tried to get up and I fell down hurting myself.The original packaging, a plastic bag was taken away by the courier after delivery

A simple item from a famous brand was dumped in a bag which got shipped in front.Amazon achieved disappointing me three days in a row with three bad items.. a plastic stool ordered came with sharp edgesthen a water and insecticide spray pump which did not workand today this chair is received in broken condition.the only one in business is the Logistics company - lots of deliveries and lots of returns ...is it a racket ??

It’s okay but not as good as expected. I had a better quality chair of the same company and expected the same but it’s not. Specially it’s not for heavy weight personal.

Quality of chairs is good but one of the chair is damaged .May be due to handling in transit .I want to return only one but have to return both as per policy.Disappointed! I will order it again next time Goodluck to me.
