So glad I decided to try these new electrolyte replacement sticks! I’ve had several of the other hydration powder brands but have never really found one that offers me the health benefits I am looking for while still tasting great. That is until I tried this BIO PEAK Perfectly Balanced Hydration! I love their mix of ingredients that go beyond just your typical electrolytes. It’s great knowing that I am not only hydrating my body but am also improving my gut health with their prebiotic fiber and probiotics, getting valuable vitamins and minerals from their organic superfood blend, and all in a product that tastes so much better than other brands. Great product!

OK, so let me preface this by saying I don’t drink energy drinks like monster or C4. And since this product isn’t returnable, I just have to blast it through a review. To me, this taste like urine, sweat, with a watermelon jolly rancher in it.I really do rely heavily on peoples reviews, and I guess people who give this a five star really have a high tolerance for certain types of energy drinks.Will not buy again and disappointed I paid so much for 15 units.

Wow, I am sooo happy I found this product to add to my water and here is why: I suffer from severe migraines and I am supposed to drink 64 fl. oz. of water daily. I have tried a lot of similar powder hydration products like Propel, G Zero, Crystal Light that are low in carbs and sugar which actually triggered my migraines every time I drank the stuff. I was very frustrated until I found Bio Peak Hydration. I love the fact that it is organic, plant based, low in carbs and sugar and has probiotics and vitamins (Potassium, Magnesium and B12). All of which are helpful in preventing migraines and staying hydrated. I am also a golfer and this is now going to be my new go to drink for when I am on the course especially during the hot summers.When I first made the mix following the instructions the flavor was a little sweet and a bit strong. What worked best for me was to mix 4 packets with 1 gallon of water (168 fl. oz.). Because I was not accustomed to drinking such a healthy mix of ingredients, it took me a day or two to acquire a taste for it. Now I am addicted to the flavor and the health benefits.I can’t wait for some new flavors to try!!

I put it in a 32oz bottle with some ice and the flavor is super strong and not all that pleasant. I have a 64 oz bottle. Might save these for that.Won't buy these ones again!

This product tastes like real Watermelon! All of the other electrolyte replacement products I have tried either taste fake or too salty. This is the first hydration product I have tried that tastes amazing! It’s has just the right amount of tartness and the right balance of sweet. Plus I feel amazing every time I have one because of all of the healthy ingredients they use. Great product and totally worth the cost.

I typically use biopeak during workouts to keep me hydrated, but it’s also nice to have as a hangover cure after a night out. Love the fact, biopeak packs a ton of key nutrients, taste great, and is low on added sugar compared to other products on the market. Been looking for a healthier version of liquid IV, looks like I just found!

Contains citric acid wish I would have known. Disappointed this product did not list the “other ingredients” in its description. I have bad reactions to citric acid and try relentlessly to avoid it. Which is extremely difficult to say the least.Based on the pictures provided I rolled the dice. Unfortunately, I wasted my money because I can not use it and it cannot be returned therefore, I can not recommend it.

This product is hands down the best electrolyte package I have ever tried. My energy levels and overall health have benefited from getting essential vitamins in an efficient way. Since it's real ingredients from whole foods that makes a big difference if you are on the go a lot. Personally I don't like a ton of flavor in my water, so I use a little bit at a time and love that I am still getting mega nutrients and making the product last!!! It's so yummy!
