I purchased a Susteas Electric Kettle and was very happy with its performance—sleek design, fast boiling, and easy to use. Unfortunately, a few months after the warranty period ended, the kettle began leaking. I reached out to Susteas customer service, expecting a polite “sorry, out of warranty” response.To my surprise, they went above and beyond! Not only did they respond quickly and courteously, but they also offered to replace the kettle free of charge—no hassle, no runaround. It’s rare these days to find a company that stands behind their product even after the warranty has expired.This experience has truly impressed me. This kettle heats up quickly, looks great on the counter, and is easy to use. The built-in thermometer is a nice touch, and the handle stays cool while pouring. The stainless steel interior feels durable, and the auto shut-off function is a useful safety feature. It’s easy to clean, and so far, it’s been reliable. Definitely a good buy!

We got this kettle first in 2024 and it becomes our kettle of choice, using it 3-5 times a day. After a couple of months, the spring in the lid started to stick and wouldnt go high enough to release without a lot of jighling. I emailed the company asking about a replacement lid and received a reply almost immediately, with a new kettle showing up at my door a few days later. They said the factory is working on the lid issue. Fantastic kettle, classic style, easy to clean, love it.

UPDATE: The company responded to me that they had updated the top on the chrome version to address the problems I and many others had. They sent me the new version, and while it looks exactly the same, the top is now working and the gasket is holding. Great customer service!----------------------The chrome version looks great but the top is defective and improperly designed. The first one I got the top wouldn't open after a few uses. I returned it and the second one the gasket that holds the top of the lid to the bottom of the lid kept pulling away. It finally completely fell apart. I do not recommend the chrome version with pop up top.
