Bought this card times two FOUR YEARS AGO...
Bought 2 of these. Running three monitors 17 hours per day on each card on two ten year old w7 pcs. Has never had a single problem in four years for either card. HD monitors all. Runs all games at 30 fps or more, though the highest any human has ever detected a difference is 43 fps. Graphics settings on high for all games, highest possible on most games. Exactly what I paid for. Third card bought as backup new in the unopened box dusty.

Meeting expectations....for 48hrs
Writing a review to possibly help someone out. I bought this for a budget pc my son and I play on. We were playing on an Apu only and wanted to add a dedicated video card. I bought this after doing as much research as possible about fit in case, compatibility, and power needs. Everything checked out so I got it. Arrived two days later. I easily snapped it in, hooked up the power and we're playing games we couldn't before. So pretty stoked. Update: Sending card back for a new one. Kept crashing. Fingers crossed the new one is stable. Will update... Update 2: new card has been stable for months now. Playing mostly warzone on it.

RX 560 - Excellent choice for upper-entry level gaming rigs!
I needed an inexpensive card to make one of our computers capable of modern gaming, so I picked up the RX 560. Note, this is the PROPER model with 16 CU's. The RX 560 with 14 CU's may as well be the older RX 460. Basically, the card runs most games at least on par with a regular PS4 or Xbox One. Usually it runs games better, and with better graphics. We have two gaming PC's and two Xbox Ones in our household, and this thing gives the Xboxes a run for their money. That said, you just need to know what you're purchasing, here. It isn't great for gaming at higher than 1080p, or for running all games at the very highest settings, but will still produce better graphics / performance than current consoles. Great card for the price!

disappointment with WINDOWS
it runs good for a while but has so many unexpected crashes! xfx used to have local drivers available but now they just direct you to amds driver page. i had an xfx before and it worked good with *xfx* drivers. now i have this card which seems to work but it has many instability issues due to the way it works with amds drivers for it. the "host application" (crimson relive or whatever etc) frequently crashes and needs restarting. if this happens in game the game will crash and freeze and you might need to restart your whole computer to get your desktop back. very disappointing. EDIT: MAYBE THE PROBLEM IS NOT THE CARD BUT AMD SOFTWARE COMPATIBILITY WITH WINDOWS 10. IF YOU ARE LIKE ME AND HAVE WINDOWS 10 AND EXPERIENCING ISSUES WITH THE CARD LIKE FREEZES/BLACK SCREEN, THERE ARE A NUMBER OF STEPS YOU CAN TAKE TO HOPEFULLY GET THINGS FUNCTIONING NORMALLY. THEY ARE AS FOLLOWS: 1.) INSTALL DDU (this is #1 for a reason) previous driver versions that you didn't even know were still installed on your computer are causing the issues with Radeon settings. don't run this until you get to the step. 2.) RUN GROUP POLICY SETTINGS. you can access this by running as administrator of account. with Windows 10 you can just search group policy settings and it will come up. from there, you go to administration temp. to Windows services. to Windows update. find the line "do not include driver updates in Windows update" and edit properties. click enable then apply. this will stop Windows from automatically installing those drivers that are causing the issues. 3.) DISABLE AUTOMATIC WINDOWS UPDATES. you will need to change this setting as well to prevent Windows from automatically causing issues with your system. 4.) once you're sure you've completed these steps. then and only then boot to safe mode (which can be accessed through Windows update and recovery settings, to recovery, to advanced startup. then you have to click troubleshoot problems, advanced options, and option 4.) while in safe mode. you will open DDU. select GPU and amd. and only clean and restart. do not hit any other buttons. repeat this step until you open DDU and the driver detected is listed as Microsoft basic display. reboot to normal. 5.) REINSTALL LATEST DRIVER. this should be self explanatory. in the future, when updating drivers.. boot to safe mode, DDU, clean and restart, and reinstall new driver. that is the only way things have been working for me. first time since having the card for almost a year I'm finally experiencing the proper performance from this card. 60 fps stable on AC Odyssey. feels good. so really.. it turns out Windows was the problem.

Good GPU for the price!
This GPU is very nice for people in the mid-range price for GPU's. It can play new titles very well, you may not be able to play 4K gaming on every game on this card, but if you are in the look for a 1080p or 1440p gaming, you found the card! Installing is not a problem like any other GPU, but it is a bigger GPU for sure. You might need to look at your case and be sure that it will fit inside as like I said earlier, it is a big card. The logo on the card does not glow, but there is an indicator light, other than that there is no RGB on this card. This card uses an 8pin power connection. I also like the look to the card, has a carbon fiber body look to it which I thought was nice. Overall, this is a really good card for people in the mid-range price looking to game at 1080p or 1440p on max or high settings. (this card does not come with the 2 free games promotion)

White Flashes On Monitor During Gameplay
Only three stars for this reason: After initial setup & playing Call Of Duty Modern Warfare for about 5 minutes, random white flashes appeared on the monitor becoming worse before the game crashed. Upon some investigation, the video card fans were not operating. I made sure that the newest drivers were downloaded. But, the fans still would not come on. Found out that you can manually override the default fan settings within the video card software interface. Did that, fans came on, and no more issues. The video card was getting too hot. Now, it works great! The whole PC case has several operating fans. So to me, it appears to be a software glitch with this product. MAKE SURE THE FANS ARE RUNNING ON THE VIDEO CARD! If not, manually override! ;-)

Very happy. More reasonably priced than other retailers. Ordered on a Friday night and came first thing Monday morning. That's amazing considering I live in a small rural community. All games run on the highest settings with lots of headroom. I did have an issue with my screen flickering to black, but that wasn't the cards fault. Bad HDMI cable.

Not overly impressed with this card. At stock settings during heavy load the card will heat up to 80-82 degrees Celsius. It idles at 48-50 degrees Celsius. Overclocking this card beyond the default factory overclock quickly raises temperatures up to a maximum of 90 degrees. The card doesn't respond well to being undervolted (stability issues) for whatever reason. Hell, it even throttles itself at stock under load. The fans don't start spinning until the card starts getting hot, so the card will always be dumping a bunch of heat into your case even when you aren't doing anything. Because of the heat, when the fans DO spin they make a ton of noise because this low quality cooler has to keep up with the sheer volume of heat the card is putting out. There is also significantly audible coil whine at high FPS that can be mitigated by using V-Sync. I will say, though, that despite this the performance is more or less what I paid for. I'm satisfied with how it runs at 1080P, but I'm not satisfied with the fact that it runs like a blast furnace, noise and temperature wise. The card overclocks by an additional ~8% (at the expense of much more heat, mind you) which is nice but not if it means the fans will run like a jet engine. In summary: Pros: - Performance is as one would expect - Can be overclocked quite a bit beyond the factory overclock Cons: - Card runs hot as hell. 80-82 degrees C at stock, can get up to 90 going beyond the factory overclock. - Fans don't run until the card starts getting quite hot. This is by design, but it's not a particularly good design given how bad the cooler is. - Fans get very noisy (up to ~3500 RPM) to keep up with all the heat the card generates - Loud and irritating coil-whine at high FPS if you have a well-ventilated or open case - Throttles itself even at stock clocks making an overclock almost mandatory if you want to keep the performance you thought you paid for
