Update to Keyboard not working
Since my original review (below) the company has contacted me to offer support. I had already done research & experimented enough to get it working. I would still like a better/more specific user manual, which I have suggested, but IT'S WORKING & I LIKE IT! The keyboard is very sensitive & I'm still researching that...but I would buy it again.The keyboard isn't working & I would LOVE for someone at the company to reach out to me. I have hopes of getting it to work...rather than returning it! Thanks!

Not sure why others have had trouble. Mine works great with my Samsung Galaxy Tab S8+
The lighted keyboard and mouse pad work great. The case is first class. Fits great, spen cover and can charges my SPen.

You get what you pay for
Super flimsy, the magnets holding the keyboard on aren't good so it keeps falling off. If you want to use the lowest stand setting, the touch pad needs to be slid down too far off the case flipping the entire keyboard up when you decide to use the touch pad. When using the keyboard it skips and jumps opening apps I didn't click on. You cannot flip the case around with the keyboard still in the case if you wanted to use the tablet in portrait. The keyboard is Bluetooth, so it'll drain your tablet.
