Great product
You need to assemble this the day before or hours before. I sat down with a glass of wine and it felt as if I was doing craft work which was fun. Easy to assemble, there are lots of pompoms, quality was good. It doesn't look cheap, the color is perfect and everything I was looking for. I recommend you do this with someone else and not on your own. There are lots of pieces.

Great for Sweet 16
This was a great value package of items used to decorate for my daughters Sweet 26 Party! She loves BLUE and this shade of blue was perfect. There were lots of wonderful items and she even saved a bunch to decorate in her room afterwards. There was some assembly required but worth it as they all turned out beautiful!

Difficult and time consuming.
I hate to rate these so low, because for the most part you get what you pay for. Assembling the tissue balls and the dangling tissue streamers is a nightmare though. Even if you follow the instructions and work on these for hours, you will not get the result that is pictured. Very heavy assembly time and the finished product does not come out well.

You get your moneys worth
There is a lot that comes with this, but get help putting it together. All those tissue "poofs" took FOREVER to assemble. But the final result was really pretty and my roommate was happy.

Give yourself a little more time to fan out the pom poms :-)
Loved the colors!! The pom poms were a bit time consuming to fan out, but had a great time with my daughter in doing so!!! Would definitely recommend this!!! It is even prettier in person!!!
