After using chemical dyes on my hair for 2 years, my scalp became very sensitive. I developed a rash over time, as the chemicals were too much on my sensitve scalp.. Then I ran across the above Natural Herbal Plant Sampoo and thought I'd try it.. I was sceptical at first, especially after reading all the bad reviews.... But decided to try it.. This Shampoo has to be put on DRY HAIR.. It will stain everything, so I used a Salon Cape and covered my counters with a towel.. This stuff WORKED REALLY WELL on my hair. It says leave on 10-15 mins, but because I have coarse hair, I left it on for 20 mins and covered my hair with the plastic cap it came with.. No pain, No sensitivity issues, No rash with this product.. Just feels like shampoo.. It does have a Pungent smell, but that didn't bother me at all.. I used the Black.. and I am loving the results!

I was skeptical if this type of shampoo could actually color my hair and gray roots! I would have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Even colored fairly well gray hair, which is very hard to take color. I would say the only con is that you MUST be very careful when using. Definitely wear the gloves, and cover anything that you do not want subjected to this shampoo color. It will definitely stain if you are not careful. Overall though for being able to use a non chemical shampoo that will give color to hair, this is a pretty good alternative.

I just wanted to let everyone know that my hair was completely white. I did buy the dark brown. My hair did not come out dark brown. It came out more of a reddish brown but that could be because my hair used to have a lot of red tones in it but it did cover. Not sure how long it's going to last. I just did it yesterday so it's only been one day but I do like it.
