Pictures for most recopies. Anecdotes for many recipes help set the tone for how these recipes hava been used in Georgian culture and the role they play in the home. I encountered dry Ajika, and was quite pleased with it. Mine was somewhat coursely ground and I lived the flecks if color it added to soups and stews. I decided I needed to know more about Georgia spice blends then discovered Khemeli Suneli.
