Review: Love this fan - I was a bit concerned with the negative reviews on the noise level of this fan. I took a video of it installed in my fume extractor box for my laser engraver. This works great and the noise is not that bad for my use. I can see that it might not be the best for an area that you want it quiet, but for my needs, it is perfect. I will buy another if I need to push more air. This comes with two safety wire covers and two sets of screws. The cord was a strange one to get connected, but once I did, it is fine. I do like this fan and it does move the air quite well. For my needs, I would like an on/off switch on the cord, but that is not a game changer for me as I know desertcart will have a switch.

I have two of them mounted in the top of door frames in the house to help circulate heat to both ends of the house from a wood stove. They do an excellent job. They make a little more noise than I would have hoped for, but i'm over it after seeing how much air they move.

I was a bit concerned with the negative reviews on the noise level of this fan. I took a video of it installed in my fume extractor box for my laser engraver. This works great and the noise is not that bad for my use. I can see that it might not be the best for an area that you want it quiet, but for my needs, it is perfect. I will buy another if I need to push more air. This comes with two safety wire covers and two sets of screws. The cord was a strange one to get connected, but once I did, it is fine. I do like this fan and it does move the air quite well. For my needs, I would like an on/off switch on the cord, but that is not a game changer for me as I know Amazon will have a switch.

Nice quality fan, great price. Not what you may want in your living room due to the higher speed. It is not silent. I have a commercial refrigerator in our kitchen and used 2 of these to replace the condenser fan which was way too loud for a residential kitchen. It dropped the noise level to acceptable. The noise from the compressor now drowns out the fans.
