I am 5’5”. The hem of my cape falls/lands just above my ankle when I wear it. I hope this helps you.

Hi think it is polyester. It is very nice and drapes well

Q: is 35’’ for a 5’1 ? they have different sizes

Not sure how the measurement works, but the cloak fits over a 6' mannequin fine

The cape is pretty long if you're 5'5" and it can be worn on both sides.
