Just can't find them anywhere

Great cane if it were not for the base/bottom
The bottom piece did not even attach on my cane. I used super glue to make it stick. I do not expect my workaround to last very long. A bit disappointed.

Missing tip
Very disappointing that the tip is missing and this item was bought as a present.this is the third time I have requested a replacement tip but so far I have not even received a reply!!.
