I bought this brand mainly due to it's feasible warrenty and repair services. Received catelogue including high long life alkaline batteries AA×4. Packaging was good but normal. Received brand new having display protection screen guard scratched while being in transit or before. That's the virtual view. Other than that, talking about it's performance, it was super satisfactory. Because we can see our heart pulse 💗 unit in sync with our heart while measuring. You will only get accurate average reading of taking 3 measurements after 10 minutes or more break time. If you don't read instructions manually then you won't get proper reading. All explained in catelogue. Also avoid using infants and hypertension patients or sevier heart issued person's. Only take values after being calming without tensed nor after exercise or just had a bathed condition. Read instructions carefully, if you follow it. Your reading will be satisfactory. I'm happy with this product. Bought for my mom and dad 💖🌹✨. It's also having 90 readings savings per person including date,year and time for reference. Can save log of 2 personals in maximum. A decent product for the price. These electronic gizzmos have a short shelf life and its accuracy swings 10% Meanwhile it does it's job which is an omportant factor.

BP-12 monitor's usb port stopped working in 1.5 months.On raising complain they provided a refurbished replacement(why?am I paying you for refurbished product?) which shows 165/120+ BP readings consistently while mercury-based BP machine & their own bp-12(before usb issue) was normal range 115-125/75-85. On complaining about errorneous results in reading on the monitor and the fact the product is a refurbished(it is clearly mentioned on invoice "Refurbished"), they are again sending another replacement which is also refurbished and showing wrong readings consistently. The replacements have lots of scratchs on display, poorly packaged plus invoice mentions as refurbished. Are we buying or you selling refurbished products on amazon? No?Then why send used, refurbished plus errorneous products as warranty replacements? Why not send New product as replacement since your original product had an issue. Why cheat customers in warranty? I recommend all potential buyers to NOT buy any medtech product as they will surely fail sooner than later. I will update this review in case Medtech sends a fresh new product as replacement for the currently faultly refurbished product they have sent to me. I have already raised warranty claim via Amazon. Waiting for their response.

I've been using this BP Machine for a few weeks now, and overall, I'm quite satisfied with its performance. The device is compact, easy to use, and offers a quick and accurate reading of my blood pressure. The cuff fits comfortably on my arm, and the digital display is large and easy to read, even for someone with less-than-perfect eyesight.
