Screen show me no software required after i call customer care they said u need software required this is not good screen show some this wrong

Love this dashcam, I can check out what's going on around my car from my computer. The GPS tracking is great on it too. The only downside is the monthly fee, but it's definitely still worth

Returned the camera. Not happy at all. External battery MISSING.And window bracket not matching picture.I don't see metal screw hole on plastic.Beware from this seller.

There's quite a few dash cams on the market now that offer live streaming which is helpful for a number of use cases. If you want to keep an eye on your kid that's just learning to drive, for example. Or if you're in my situation--I own a business and have several company vehicles that employees drive frequently. I don't spy on them often but just them knowing that I can serves as a 'deterrent effect' and keeps them on the straight and narrow.This is a very serviceable camera with live streaming at a reasonable price point--particularly compared to live streaming offerings by the 'big names' such as Garmin. There's also a number of companies offering fleet specific systems, but that's overkill for many uses including my own. The downside to all live streaming cams is that they require 4G/LTE connectivity and that requires a subscription of some type. There are several different plans depending on your use but even the top tier (unlimited data) plan is cheaper than many competing services. The upside is that you're not tied into a contract so you can cancel it at any time if you're not using it.One nice touch is that a 126GB microSD card is included. The SD card isn't a huge expense but my problem is that I'll get a new camera or other device that requires an SD card and won't have any around my office. I've upgraded mine to the max 256GB though you may find that the 128GB is enough. Installation was very simple though if you're not comfortable doing car repairs and such you can always find someone to do it for a reasonable price.The cam provides a front facing road view and a cabin view. Another nice feature is the event alerts. Most dashcams will give alerts in the event of collisions, but this cam can also monitor driver behavior giving you the heads up for harsh acceleration, hard braking, sharp turns, speeding, etc. Any action that triggers an event gets saved to the cloud automatically.The tradeoff is that it isn't as full featured as other dash cams--particularly if you aren't monitoring the driving of an employee/child or whatever. There's no monitor screen though you can watch it through the web interface. Personally, I use a much more 'consumer friendly' dashcam in my personal vehicles. For specific use cases such as I've mentioned elsewhere in this review this does an excellent job. Highly recommended!

I had ordered a dash cam and was not too happy about the installation process. Emailed customer service and instantaneously refunded back and offered me to try another dash camera for free. About a week received the cam , paid for subscription, installed it and contacted customer service and Lazarus walked me through the steps very nicely and professional. Now I can see live videos on stream! I am very satisfied with the great quality of the product and outstanding customer service.
