At first I was afraid, I was petrified. Thinking I could never live without a metal support on my particle board desk side. Then I spent so many nights thinking how this could go wrong. Until I moved on when I found this steel monitor arm support. And now I’m back from outer space (still not sure how I got there) I just walked in to find a happy look upon my face when I found out this thing holds a triple monitor setup perfectly.

I would have said 5 stars but ordered three of these and got 2 that were new and one that was torqued in the center like a clamp crunched it or a pole fell & bent or something...I carefully hammered it out with a rubber mallet and block so it's all good & works but I don't really think I should have to do repairs for a supposedly new product.. maybe was the transit carrier ... amazon....? ..but they'd have had to space it directly dow. The middle.. hmmm...looks like a case of returns just being repackaged and sent to the next buyer..

I bought this because I have a monitor arm holding two 24" monitors on an ikea desk...and we all know that desk is made of particle board. While the monitor arm did seem sturdy, this product just gives me peace of mind that my monitors wont just collapse at any moment. I like that you stick on the foam yourself (I'm a perfectionist about getting things aligned perfectly). The surface area is great and now my monitor arm/monitors feel even sturdier than they did before. Works just as expected and I'm super happy with it.

The product works great for protecting your fragile desk, but mine arrived with a bent corner for the rectangle piece. It will still work, but just unhappy with the looks

I have a 49' Ultrawide monitor. The arm holding the monitor puts a lot of pressure on the table's edge. I bought this product to support the table. The metal is a bit thin and easily bendable. It works for now, but I have concerns about long-term use.
