If you have bed bugs or other pests itching and tickling you; well this little baby is just what you need!! Kills bedbugs in seams of pillow cases, sheets , plank fiooring, walls, blinds, lampshades, windows, it will kill the bugs, and dust is gone in a flash of surfaces. I've even steamed my framed art. The frames with detail are hard to get dust out of and bedbugs is any are hiding there. Decorator pillows and even my kitchen chairs by LANE. They have a basket weave wooden back on them and this works great. Steam your books and kill book lice and dust, too! The machine is simple to clean between uses. I have used distilled water but also just plain tap. Comes with 4 packets of descaling powder to clean the tank with . Great quality Great product! A must have for every house.

I’ve had this steamer for close to a year and don’t regret the purchase. I used to have a handheld steamer that needed to be refilled after every 2 or 3 garments, so this was a much welcome change. The reservoir for the water is big and it translates to how long the steam runs and the large amount of clothes it can steam before needing to be refilled. I can go weeks without refilling with low usage. I have had to refill it when I tried to steam my whole closet in one sitting, but that was dozens and dozens of pieces so it’s understandable. The pink is such a cute color and it takes up very little space. It has the option to customize the length of the pole. I extend it all the way so I can hang clothes on the hooks without it dragging on the ground. When it’s shortened the whole way, it makes it travel friendly and you can remove the pole part entirely to make it more compact. The hose is sturdy and hard to bend (which you can see when the pole is down). It also gets hot when in use since that’s where the steam travels through. Not enough to burn, but enough to be wary of touching it. Definitely keep children away so they don’t get hurt. I’ve only noted 2 downsides: 1. Stream of steam is interrupted every few minutes. I’m assuming this is to allow the water to be heated more so more steam can be created. This can get annoying if you’re in a rush or tired. I find myself waiting 30 or so seconds or up to a minute with no steam coming out while the water boils. Which is noisy by the way. I don’t mind since I don’t need to be quiet but something to be aware of. 2. Sometimes so much steam comes out that it’s basically a trickle of water on your clothes. So you end up with wet stains on your clothes. And if you’re not careful, the hot water will splash on you. This does burn! It’s only a few drops but man does it hurt. I’m careful of where I hold the head when I notice my clothes getting a bit wet. I also fling the head away from me to get any excess water out. Or run it hole-down over some cloth to wipe it dry. As long as you’re careful, this won’t be a downside. But it’s dangerous so again, no kids nearby to be safe. I mention these downsides since I know they can be dealbreakers for some. I can make do despite the downsides in exchange for the price point and large water reservoir, which is why I don’t regret the purchase. Plus it works! It does steam wrinkles out. Of course, the steam is hot and will burn you through your clothes so be mindful of your hands and always keep the steam pointed away from you. This is true with all steamers so it’s not a ‘downside’ for me. But I have caught myself slacking and ‘touching’ the steam without meaning to. I currently use regular tap water so that might be related to my issues, but I don’t remember much of a difference when I did use distilled water when I first bought this. But if I let the water sit for too long it will get a humid smell so I make sure to clean the reservoir regularly and switch out the water if I haven't used it for a bit. Overall, I would recommend. I resell clothing & I purchased this steamer because my hand held steamer was just not doing the job anymore. This one is a great price & gets the job done in half the time my hand held steamer was doing. It does spit out some water when it is first warming up, so be cautious of that. I also only use RO water to prevent rusting. I highly recommend this product if you have a lot of clothes to steam fast.

I purchased this steamer on Amazon almost two years ago. From the beginning, it has exhibited persistent water leakage during operation. While it will produce steam and remove wrinkles, the device releases a significant amount of liquid water through the steam ports, requiring a towel underneath to manage the runoff. Leakage is continuous throughout use and not limited to startup warm-up. I returned to the product page to obtain a user manual, assuming improper operation on my part. Instead, I listened to the audio review posted on the listing, where the speaker acknowledged customer complaints regarding steam output and water leakage. This suggests the issue is not user error but a recurring performance limitation of the unit. Based on consistent leakage and suboptimal steam conversion efficiency, I would not recommend this steamer.

I used it to steam 5 blouses and 1 skirt and it worked really well. Super easy to use and setup. Couple of down sides. 1- no clip hanger to hold things like a table cloth or pants, it has the built in hanger for shirts but not the other things. It does have a hook on the side that you can use your own clip type hanger which is what I had to do, but it would be nice to have it built in. 2- the drain for the extra water, I tipped it up to try and drain all of it, but I am worried some water was left inside and it will cause mold. I did leave the drain cover open to allow it to air out. I would have liked a way to make sure it was empty of all water. Overall so much easier to use then dragging out my ironing board and iron, so I do recommend it.

FANTASTIC STEAMER! I've tried the handheld steamers and they are all awful. I run a retail store so I spend a good part of each day steaming clothes, And this is the closest I've found to a professional grade steamer. It has a built-in hanger, and when you're finished using it you can compact it down so it's only about 2 and 1/2 ft tall and easily fix in a closet. I absolutely love this!

I LOVE this pink steamer!!!! It works really well! I have some wool-blend coats (that are clean) and thought I would need to take them to the dry cleaners, just to get the wrinkles out. But this steamer got the wrinkles out perfectly! I won’t have to keep getting them dry cleaned all the time, and get them pressed. I can do it at home, while watching a movie! The steamer works well on jeans too! One of my favorite Amazon purchases!!!!

Works great! Had for years now and no issues. I like that the top turns into an adjustable hanger for your clothes. Heats up fast for quick steaming. Also easy to store.

It looks pretty, but its shortness makes it difficult to stem, and the stem, because of the height, is not strong enough. Keep in mind, I'm not a tall girl. By the time I wanted to return it was too late. Even the lady who helps me with the housework complains about it. It's just taking space in the laundry room:(
