Please rest assured that it is better than the old module. A few careless customers didn't read the information carefully and then conplained. This should have been avoided. Again, the old module with 2 capacitors was stopped production. - Please also have a look at the 3rd picture and 4th picture and compare the difference of the connectors. This Predator 2000 inverter module has 2 connectors(plugs) as what the 4th picture shows. If the plugs of your moudle are not same, please don't order it (like the 5th picture shows). Predator has two OEM manufacturers for 2000 inverter generators and the modules are different and not compatible with each other. I honestly should have just replaced the generator. 200$ for this part is pretty close to an open box replacement at hf. But alas it works just like it did before the inverter went out. Speed control works again.
