Quality at a good price
I work at a production plant doing maintenance and my coworkers have a habit of breaking the dies and not getting replacements so when there needed you don't have them. I bought this for myself to keep in my toolbox and it is working great. Quality made does the job it is intended for.

Great product
I use this product quite often network because people like to break bolts off. I don’t wanna fix tham. So this little tap set has they come in quite handy and had zero problems with it I would highly recommend this tap and die set.

Bang for buck
Amazing quantity of tools for the value. Good quality for hand chasing of threads (OD or ID threads)

Okay, but not great.
Not packaged very well. Taps do not stay put in case. Have used just once for chasing paint out of threads. Not sure if this is a long term solution for new threads and should be used only for cleaning up existing threads.

Does the job
Seems really nice. Very satisfying cleaning up all the nuts and bolts on my ‘63 beetle project.

Treading
It works as it should, only problem when using to re tread it felt like it was going to brake. I was scared that it would break and get stuck. Looks similar to the gearwrench but same quality I don't know. The price is more than half of gearwrench .

Decent budget set.
Decent budget set. The hand tap wrench though is machined very poorly and not straight. It works but barely.

Packageing & shipping
Its a pretty uniqe set to get into large tap & die jobs @ a fair price. However the larger taps are not secured in the case & are full of dents, i dont have much confidence in them at this point but time will tell. Its just so easily preventable with a change in packaging or simply adding a slice of padding in the case to prevent movement. Also the very heavy set was simply placed loosely in a cardboard box with no padding or filler making the issue even worse. & again easily preventable

Used it a couple times. Unfortunately 1 part broke
