This is a very nice product! It is good quality (pretty heavy; not cheap feeling at all). It was easy to install. It doesn’t come with instructions, but it is easy to figure out if you’ve installed one of these types of holders before. The gold is a nice color and the style is modern looking (which is nice when you’re stuck ordering gold because of your 1980’s bathroom fixtures!). It installs very tight to the wall; no wiggling if you try to jiggle it. Also, the arm doesn’t pivot, but this does fit large/mega size toilet paper rolls (like Angel Soft). I would recommend this product!

Feels solid and mounts firmly using a few expanding screws or a stud if you get lucky. It looks nice and holds the fattest TP roll we have.

Looks great in my updated powder room. Just slightly shorter than the standard one the builder installed. This leaves a hole next to the end of one side which I can't completely hide. I'm always hoping no one notices.

Good grief! I'm pretty good at in stalling things and know my way around tools, but this came with no instructions and only one screw - by the way there are three screw holes. Disappointed but will figure it out and install it.

Stop, Do Not buy this. Almost impossible to install, a piece of junk.

I’m very disappointed in this product. It looks nice but came with no instructions and the video listed on the site is not even for this particular holder. I’mNot sure if I’m missing pieces because there were no instructions but I’m unable to use/install this product. Very dissatisfied.

Complimented the existing brass finishes in my bathroom perfectly

Quality ok. The finish is darker than the picture. I'll still keep it and continue to look for the right one.
