This stuff makes me felt great and I don’t have to ingest all the fillers, additives and preservatives I can’t tolerate.

Ever had kefir? It’s like a drinkable yogurt. This is like a sweet version of that; one spoonful will do it. I sub this for ice cream when I’m trying to be healthy but need a sweet fix.

The usual slightly bitter taste of flax oil.A friend had some and said “ ahh fishy”. I explained that it was in fact not “fishy” but maybe what fishies ate; No fish were harmed for making , or in this oil, and that is a good thing! Im glad they are making this!💙🐟🐟🐟💙

So I’ve ordered this oil several times and had no problems. However, my last bottle from Amazon came with a thick black sludge at the top. I’ve never seen that in any other bottles. Because I had extra on subscribe and save, I hadn’t opened it before the return window closed. I had a similar experience from Amazon buying goli gummy vitamins. When they arrive, they were all melted & sticking together upon arrival. The oil is usually good and a great liquid version for supplement. Usually tasteless in smoothies, but I personally don’t like the taste when trying to add it on top of a warm dish like a soup.
