Do I need to oil this? Or does it come pre-oiled?

Hello! This cutting board does come pre-oiled. We recommend oiling every 30 days or so depending on usage moving forward.

It is reversible, with different wood patterns on each side.

What is the thickness of this board?

It’s probably about half an inch thick. Not heavy board, medium weight. I wouldn’t chop bone with a butchers knife on it but great for every day cutting.

Can I put it under an air fryer to protect my granite?

Yes, that is why I purchased it. Just make sure it is a good fit because the air fryer needs to fit squarely on the cutting board.
