Indian Pakistani Women's Readymade Dress Banarasi Art Silk Woven || Stitched Salwar Kameez || Silk Dupatta Punjabi Suit

So I'm Indian and I needed a salwar kammez fast for an event that was coming up soon. I found this salwar kammez and saw that the pictures looked nice so I decided to buy the Yellow/Red Salwar Kameez. When it came in the mail and I opened it, the packaging was good and the color combo was nice. It did match the picture. I ordered an XL which is what I normally wear and based off of the size chart that seemed true for this outfit as well. However, when I tried it on it was a little snug. The waist was form fitted and usually salwar kameezes are supposed to be a little loose. My arms felt very constricted from the sleeves being tight. It could be that maybe my arms are bigger than the average Woman XL Arm Size? I don't know for sure... The bottom fits great. Material itself isn't the best but still decent quality for the price. Although, I would have to say that the fabric is itchy. Basically, it was okay. I think it might be different from what I'm used to because I usually get indian outfits from boutiques where the quality is better but granted normally indian clothes are expensive depending on style, type of silk or fabric, the amount of jori ( aka zori). So for around $50 it's not bad but not great either. One advice I would give is to just go up one size for a better fit and for a traditional look.

Very cute dressy outfit. The material looks like silk even though it’s in art silk. They run a little small; may order couple sizes (US size) larger than your size (my experience) but they gave enough room (hem on sides) to make it larger. Customer service is pretty good. I definitely order from this supplier again.

Pants were huge and fabric was “scratchy” on skin. Top was beautiful but cut wat too small in armholes. I bought size 40 which was supposedly a 10-12 USA size. It’s lovely but unwearable unless you are a Us size 20 on the pants and a US 6 on the top. The scarf is pretty too but fabric is scratchy.
