I was really excited for this item to arrive but was incredibly disappointed when it did. It is unfinished and they send you a small piece if sandpaper to sand it down before painting or staining yourself. The wood is very rough if you don't. There werr no assembly instructions provided. I had to open my Amazon app and try to put it together based on pictures of how it looked. One I did get everything together, I was left with a single round piece that did not seem to go anywhere. The pieces would not screw in tightly and wobbled and bent over the crib. Overall, very disappointed and ended up returning which was easy and I received a quick refund.

Very cute love all the music however it doesn’t seem super sturdy to the crib but overall it’s adorable

It was very easy to put together but seems like if you touch it too much it would slide down the side of the crib. Also one block of wood was missing the felt pad and that may been contributing to the sliding down. It should hopefully work though if the mobile isn't heavy.
