GIMILI Drinking Water Faucet 3 in1 Commercial Style Pull-Down Single Handle Filter Kitchen Faucet for Water Filtration System, Matte Black,Without Water Filtration Device

I purchased this Gimili Gold LED Kitchen Faucet product when I remodled my kitchen and thought it would be a great looking modern fixture that would go great with my gold color sink. It definitely did not disappoint, it is a great looking piece and functions very well. I experienced a slight issue at about the 1 year mark of the purchase with the LED lights not functioning to display different colors for reflecting the different water temperatures (I.e., Red - hot, Green - in between hot/cold, and Blue - cold). It would continually flash red on/off for any of the different water temperature settings. I contacted Gimili support via the whatsapp contact info provided on their website. They responded immediately and I was able to send them details/pictures/videos of the issue. Once they understood the ussue, they quickly sent me a replacement nozzle free of cost and now it is working just as it was whenn I first bought it. I highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a beautiful kitchen faucet fixture and I am very happy with the customer service their team has provided. Would definitely purchase again from this shop!

Replaced my similar style faucet from Lowe’s which was double the price for this one since it has a filtered water connector and I was installing a reverse osmosis system .. this one is way better, the water flow is way stronger, unlike the big box store ones that have a flow restrictor. Rinses everything much better. The filter connection was easy, I just had to install my own vent since the reverse osmosis systems come with their own additional faucet with built in vent in case of back flow. Wasn’t too hard just T’d off my drain to make a vent for it. The quality seems comparable to my expensive faucet from Lowe’s.. highly recommend it .

So, I live in an apartment and want filtered water. Unfortunately, cutting a hole in my sink isn't an option. This allowed me to set up an excellent water filter under my cabinet and have filtered water right where I wanted it. I had no idea that this was even a thing until I started searching. I thought I would have to have the little filtered water faucet on the side. I believe this would also work for instant hot water if you need it. I will be thrilled with this purchase as long as it lasts and holds up like I want it. Connections and installation were straightforward, and it looks fantastic in my kitchen against quartz countertops. So far, it has worked flawlessly. It's about a month old at this point, and I've had no problems at all!

Gold plated metal is rusted within a year. The water leaked over night and my kitchen was flooded.

I purchased this faucet with high hopes, particularly because of its unique feature - an extra faucet for a water filter. I was excited to have a convenient and clutter-free kitchen without having to drill into our kitchen island. Unfortunately, my enthusiasm was short-lived. Initially, the faucet functioned as expected, but it wasn't long before issues began to arise. The spray mode started to require excessive force to activate, which was frustrating and inconvenient. I thought it might be a minor glitch, but it only got worse. Now, the spray mode won't turn on at all! This is incredibly frustrating, especially when trying to clean dishes or rinse food. The lack of a functioning spray mode makes everyday tasks much more difficult. I've tried troubleshooting and cleaning the faucet, but nothing seems to resolve the issue. While the design and concept of this faucet are great, the poor performance and reliability are major drawbacks. I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable and functional faucet. It's disappointing to have spent money on a product that doesn't deliver on its promises. Spray mode stopped working altogether 3. Poor reliability and performance Update: Customer support has provided a replacement for the faulty part. It's working as expected now.

I bought the GIMILI Filters Kitchen Faucet for water system on Apr/2024. The faucet is great and the filtered water system works flawlessly. However in Dec/2025 for some strange reason the shower button started to get stuck without any apparent reason. I reached out to GIMILI customer service and they promptly send me a new shower head, which arrived less than 1 week from when I reached out to them. The faucet now works great and hopefully 🤞no more issues will arise. 5 starts to the system but mostly to the customer service, who were very attentive and quick to respond. Wish all customer services would be like them. Thank you GIMILI

Installing this faucet was do-able by someone with little to no prior experience installing anything like this. The instructions are very minimal. Like a step above ikea picture instructions, but still manageable. This is coming from a person whose prior plumbing experience was installing a toilet bidet (very novice here). I appreciate the hot and cold water pipes/connectors/tubes (whatever they’re called) are color coded. I installed the drinking water faucet to an ispring RO filter and no issues with installation there either. This faucet kit came with two size adapters for the water filter connection. The flow of water is just what I like. It’s not too strong so no excess spray getting everywhere. And of course it’s aesthetically pleasing. Issue I did run into: one of the black rubber rings that go inside the ends of the cold/hot water connections came out and I didn’t realize until after I had tighten it to the water valve and tested it for leaks. It definitely was leaking. Thankfully I quickly saw the black little ring and figured that likely was causing the leak. I undid the connection, saw it was indeed missing, popped it back in, reinstalled to the water valve, and no more leaks. So word of caution, make sure the rubber rings are pushed in all the way!

It Is a beautiful and excellent product, however just at one year of use, and for no apparent reason, the internal copper pipe for the hot water simply broke. A small hole appeared, and the faucet started leaking water, causing a major mess in my house. I couldn't find a way to contact the seller.
