Q: How long can this product be used?

If you're asking about shelf life, it's a minimum of 2 years - but if stored in room temperature & in a cabinet, closer to 3 years. If you mean how long can you use it on your pipes, it's as long or as many times as you need. It won't hurt your pipes.

Q: I have urine crystal deposits inside a waterless urinal. Can this product be sprayed on those deposits to soak them before cleaning?

Although the product was not designed for waterless urinals, it should help with the crystals if you can rinse it with hot water.

Q: Will this stain, tarnish or damage shower or faucet trim finishes?

Yes it can. You must use it carefully. When I use in the shower, I put a funnel in shower drain and Pour Detco. through the funnel. It works great.
