The bad: the 10" pan ceramic coating has started to chip off around the edges after about 1.5 months of use. I contacted Greenpan and they do not honor their warranty if you buy through a third party seller, which is not clear when buying on Amazon. I was going to buy more from this line but they don't stand behind their product and the long-term durability is in serious question here. And yes, I follow the care instructions and use pan protectors when storing them. So buyer be ware. EDIT: now the non-stick surface is starting to be stick.
