My sensitive tummy girlies out there. These are goat! So easy to throw in you purse. I only get the mint flavor it is the best one. Easy to chew and not chalky. Very effective for controlling diarrhea. Be careful not to take too much because contrary to the consensus opinion of it being harmless, if used too frequently, in some users it can cause insomnia and tremors
