Required reading for a university upper level social marketing class. I like the examples given

Is the correct book I needed for my course, however the pages are bound in the incorrect order. As much as I dislike them, I will have to resort to the online version.

**update(27/2025): returned for a replacement, but it was worse since it not only came with the same printing mistake but used and dirty. at least the first time it was newish but charging me for a new book and receiving that atrocious smelly thing was something. ended up getting the second edition instead, here’s hoping it isn’t terrible (sept. 23/2025): There appears to be a printing mistake, which is a shame because I need this book for a class. I now have to use it weird/not in order which will probably confuse me.
