Pocket Blanket, Beach Mat Compact Lightweight Waterproof Sandproof

I’m really impressed with this multi-function pocket blanket. It’s lightweight, easy to fold, and packs down small enough to fit in my backpack or even my purse. The material feels durable yet comfortable, and it truly is sand-proof and water-repellent—perfect for the beach or hiking trips. The larger size (71" x 55") is great for sharing with friends or family, and I love that it includes corner loops and stakes to keep it in place on windy days. The detachable pouch and carabiner make it super convenient to carry anywhere. Overall, it’s a practical, high-quality blanket that’s perfect for travel, camping, or just relaxing outdoors. Definitely worth it!

This blanket is really great. It’s light and small, easy to carry around. There’s enough space for everyone. Sand doesn’t stick and it doesn’t get wet. The stakes keep it in place on windy days. I take it everywhere — to the beach, a picnic, or a walk.

Water resistant but not completely waterproof. You will get a wet butt on wet grass. They fit loosely into their bags so it’s not hard to fold them up but the bags are bigger than the bearz brand so if you like it to be extra compact, get the bearz ones. Also, the bearz ones ARE completely waterproof. They have a visible coating that these do not. The bearz ones are more expensive especially because you have to order the stakes separately but it’s worth it if you want something compact and completely waterproof. Both are about the same weight and size I think. The bearz bags are just smaller so they are more compacted in there.

I bought one for myself months ago and have just purchased another one for my husband...it’s a perfect outdoor blanket! It is very lightweight, folds up easily and fits compactly, even when I’m in a rush and don’t fold it perfectly. I have spilled wine multiple times and it rolled right off. I’ve used it on the beach and for picnics in the park and it’s fabulous. I’ve heard other people complain it’s like a tarp, so they returned...of course it’s not going to be soft like a blanket because it’s so water resistant. I usually bring a towel or something to put on top but I have sat on it with nothing and it’s just fine. I travel internationally a lot and this is perfect to have in your bag for an impromptu break, allowing you to sit down and take a rest, wherever you are. I cannot recommend this enough

The price was great and beats other options. Perfect size for 2 and plenty of space. Quality of the blanket is good but the bag was defective. The string came off since the sewing was off. Not heavy at all so easy to transport. It was thick enough to seat comfortable on grass.

Bought this for a trip to Europe- but will continue using all the time! It’s compact and takes up only 3 inches of space on my bag and is lightweight - we picnic’d often in Europe and this was so handy!

I used the beach blanket on San Diego beaches. Had to buy bigger stakes. They’re so lightweight and small. A wind will pull them out of the sand. I bought some larger more sturdy and and anchored the blanket well. There are many misinterpretations of beach blankets. They’re suppose to be made of a thin material like parachute material . Some reviews say “too thin”. It’s no thinner than any other on the market . Sand and water will slide off of it easily. Fits one person for me fine . I’ve had multiple large sizes. They’re very difficult to correctly fold and put back in the little bag. Not this one. A breeze makes it challenging, but it works. Highly recommend it. I bought the blue and white striped one.

It's foldable, light weight, and the stakes are a good quality. The blanket feels like parachute material. It's very thin and definitely not water resistant . I used this to sit on grass on a sunny day. The dew on the grass came through and made my pants very damp. This blanket is good for dry sand. I would not recommend it for grass or wet sand. Water comes through very easily.

I put this on lightly wet grass and laid down and the water is leaking through…so…not waterproof as stated. Otherwise - I like it’s compact design
