Had some issues with my cycle after my last pregnancy, probably due to my PCOS. Doctors wanted me to get on birth control to “fix” it, but I heard about this from my PCOS groups. What a huge difference. I have suspected PCOS and was taking a GLP1, but that’s expensive so I stopped taking it and started taking inositol and I cannot tell a difference. There was definitely an adjustment period of 1-2 weeks where my moods shifted dramatically but I think it’s just my hormones leveling out. It’s been super effective and I will keep taking!
