Cangshan 503343 9-inch Heavy-Duty Come-Apart Kitchen Shears with Guard

These scissors are perfect and extremely sharp I bought a full knife set from them and I lost the scissors and I had to get them they cut so smooth really easy to clean they look very clean and fit perfectly in your hand the material is nice and sturdy

I lost my original knife and decided to order the Cangshan 503343 9-inch Heavy-Duty knife as a replacement — and I’m very glad I did. The quality is excellent, and it feels solid and well-balanced in the hand. The blade is sharp right out of the box and handles cutting tasks smoothly and effortlessly. It has a sturdy, premium feel and performs just as well — if not better — than my original one. I’m really satisfied with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, heavy-duty knife.

I do the cooking in the house and these instantly became my primary cooking shears. I've used these for just about everything since getting them and I do a fair bit of smoking/BBQ. These have been great! Came out of the package appropriately sharp and nothing I've done, including spatchcocking a number of times in addition to other less stressful kitchen shear uses. The blades separate for easy cleaning and come with a guard. No complaints whatsoever.

Superb quality & effective kitchen very sharp scissors for a variety of heavy and heavier duty cutting needs (chicken, large fish bones/shells and more.)

Really great but the come apart part comes apart wayyyy too easily it gets slightly annoying. But other than that very good

Sharp & sturdy, they also come apart for easy cleaning. A good buy.

Sharp and work great. Had to replace our scissors and these equal if not out do our old ones.

Great for small tasks, cutting up meat/poultry and handy as an all rounder kitchen tool.

These work well.

Seem like decent shears, but beware Amazon shipped me a previously opened package missing the blade cover. Resolved with customer service but frustrating it was required.
