Can someone please offer advice?** A: Previous advice should be good to get it open. I recommend looking at the male threads, on the canister body not the lid, when you have it open. The seam where the two halves of the canister are molded together can be pronounced and I found scrapping it down with a knife so that it doesn't interfere with the lid helped tremendously. **Q: Why don't you ship to Alaska?
