My test strip turned blue after 15minutes, does that mean there is alcohol in the milk?

Yes according to the instructions on the Frida baby website https://frida.com/products/breastmilk-alcohol-detection-test-strips

Do these strips expire?

Yes there is an expiration date on the box.

If the strip is white at 2 minutes, but turns blue after 20, does this mean the milk is without alcohol?

I believe so because it says if you leave it on too long it will turn blue and that did happen with my fresh milk when I left it on there for like 15 min

Can these be used on milk that has been refrigerated?

Yes, it should still be accurate.
