What's the difference between this machine and the one that sells for over $200 in Amazon?

I have the 7000 unit and have worked with this one. Both are great. A good unit should not cost at max more than $60 if it has a few extra accessories.

What size are the lead wire connectors, the pieces that connect the 2 sets of wires together? Its usually in mm?

I searched the pamphlet that came with the TENS unit, but I could not find the measurement. I am a nurse and see that the wire end is 1 mm and the electrode lead receiver is 4mm.
