Highly recommend
I was having some fatigue/cramping issues while golfing in the heat this season. So Iโve tried a few of products. This product is by far the best. Convenient small packs that easily open. No need to mix powder. The taste is amazing. I havenโt figured out the timing exactly but no fatigue felt. The taste great. It does caution you drink enough water, the gel/paste is semi thick so I believe that part so make such you drink enough water. Best part was after my round I usually feel a bit drained, even sick depending on how hot it was. When Iโve used this product no issue. Iโm able to go out to eat/have a few drink etc with people I play with and still be my normal self. Great product. I highly recommend

Love Gu!!!
I am currently using the Gu roctane gels for training for the London 2019 marathon. Great tasting and assist with energy levels during my long runs! They are expensive but you do get what you pay for. I take as recommended by Gu 1 gel 5 mins before training and every 45 mins during and wash down with water. Would definitely recommend these gels for endurance training ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ

Wrong description of flavour
Ordered these with the idea that they were vanilla like it said on the flavour options, I know the picture shows chocolate coconut but I just though I was a generic picture as I was able to select the flavour I wanted, on delivery they are actually the chocolate coconut & not the vanilla, not entirely disappointed but completely happens as itโs not exactly what I was expecting

Great source of energy for long-distance exercise
I generally use this as the opening fuel for going long, all-day distances, to act as a starter of sorts while supplementing them with more mundane energy sources (such as the standard GU energy gels or chews) as the day progresses. The orange-vanilla flavor doesn't taste very good; the chocolate-coconut flavor, on the other hand, tastes great. I would suggest getting a variety box at first if you aren't familiar with these, to try out multiple flavors before settling on one you like.
