Compré la laptop para la universidad, tiene buena memoria , una buena calidad de pantalla y trabaja rápido; las únicas fallas es que se calienta mucho y la batería se consume rápido, nose si sea falla de la laptop o debido a Windows 11 pero de ahí en fuera me gusta el dispositivo.

USB Ports do not work and seller want replace the laptop
I will not be ordering expensive equipment like this from Amazon again. Lesson learned.Long story short, I work for a very small non-profit in a rural community. We hired our first employee outside of my position and I purchased a laptop for them to use. The employee started a few weeks after I bought the laptop and started using it minimally (basically just email and internet searches). As his workload and responsibilities increased, he needed to use the laptop more. I ordered him a wireless mouse and keyboard. When we went to plug in the devices, none of the three USB ports worked. We tried various USB devices and no luck. At first I thought it was user error and tried to problem solve, eventually realizing that they just don't work.It is now about 2.5 months since I received the laptop and I called to see if I can get it fixed or replaced. Amazon connected me with the seller and they said nothing they can do because it is outside of the 30 day window. After, I spoke with Amazon and asked if they would provide a replacement and they declined, as well.So...now we have a laptop with no USB connectivity. Basically, we just have to deal with it.I am disappointed and expected better. I understand they have policies about returns, but we clearly received a defective laptop and replacing it for us was the right thing to do.

Decent laptop
This is a decent laptop. Has the upgrades I need with the 16gb ram and 512ssd for doing every day things. Not a gaming laptop but a good midrange laptop. I bought this to replace a 10 year old laptop
