I'm a software developer and I came to England last month to do a master’s degree and I have searched for a good laptop for a month. I found that laptop in the end, but there is misinformation from the seller. You can add another 8GB ram to the laptop and it is 16GB ram with a good SSD. I strongly recommend it 👍🏻👍🏻

For what it is, and specs listed, the laptop is slightly overpriced. This was bought for my wife, as other options had become out of stock. The preferred option was a Dynabook Satellite Pro, which had similar spec to this at 2/3 of the price. We have a Dynabook in the home, and it is lighter, similar specs, Windows 11 Pro (versus the Home version on the Dell) FHD screen, and nice keyboard. Given those can be had between £250-£400, paying extra for this feels unjustified, but my wife is happy with it, despite the extra weight and average battery life, but I would recommend to others to check other options first.

A good laptop replacement for my old E6410. A pity that initially Microsoft Edge continued to lock up and support from Microsoft was exceptionally poor. I had to install Google Chrome to get an internet connection. Edge now works, presumably due to installed updates but how and when that happened who knows? In short, good laptop with poor included app.

It is easy to use, and it's been great so far but the battery life is not as long as I expected and the speakers are not loud enough. But its a great laptop all together, its fast, the resolution is very good as well
