I ordered a kids xl for my 9 year old son who just started into 14/16 clothes. He’s average size, no overweight or overly tall for his age. It was way to small. Sent it back and got an adult small, which the shirt was as even smaller than the kids XL. Not sure if it will there was a mistake when it was packaged? Sent that back and received the mens medium. It’s probably true to size, but will do a simple stitch down each leg to make it fit better. We are in Michigan so odd are he will need the extra room for a layer of clothesOtherwise, shirt and pants fairly thin and all other pieces as described. A little pricey for what you get, but not a readily available costume so you don’t have a lot of choices.

Goku is absolutely one of my favorites and this costume worked great. It say's it's for kids, but I'm 5'8 in my early 30's and peeps got a kick from seeing me in this. Gotta say, I loved wearing it!

It fit my husband perfectly and was comfortable to wear it all night without having to constantly adjust it like some costumes! He’s 5’9” and 190lbs. I followed the size guide and bought him the medium. He even played basketball in it.
